Everything you need to know about registering and booking on to HUCBMS Annual Conference 2016 at the University of Plymouth

The “Standard Full Conference” package includes:

  • conference attendance (Tuesday 6 - Wednesday 7 September 2016) including full delegate pack
  • two nights’ en suite bed and breakfast accommodation at the Jury’s Inn Hotel, Plymouth (single occupancy)
  • refreshments and lunch throughout the conference
  • barbecue and wine reception (Tuesday 6 September) University of Plymouth Drakes Place Gardens and Reservoir Cafe
  • Conference Dinner (Wednesday 7 September) Eddystone Reef Tank, National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth.

Breakdown of conference packages Rate
HUCBMS Conference Fee - Price includes; delegate pack, name badge, all conference materials, refreshments and lunch on both days and an evening barbecue on Tuesday 6 September including two drinks £165.00
Conference Dinner - HUCBMS Annual Conference Dinner 2016 on Wednesday 7 September taking place in the Eddystone Reef, National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth. The price includes a welcome drink and three-course meal, including coffee £56.00
Accommodation - Bed and Breakfast, single occupancy en-suite room basis at the Jury’s Inn Hotel, 50 Exeter St, Plymouth PL4 0AZ £71.00 per night

  • Payment must be made by credit/debit card only
  • Please note that you will not be able to select to pay by invoice. Once you begin the booking process, you will need to have your credit/debit card details available as these will be taken on the final payment screen.
