International scholarships

To recognise outstanding achievement, the University of Plymouth offers scholarship schemes to help fund your studies. You could receive up to 50% off your tuition fees in your first year.
 

Entry requirements


Undergraduate

We require applicants to have completed a Certificado de EducaciĂłn Secundaria ComĂşn Completa AND the TĂ­tulo de Profesional. Please note that advanced entry may be possible.

Applicants who have completed the TĂ­tulo de Profesional TĂ©cnico OR the TĂ­tulo de TĂ©cnico will be required to complete an international foundation year or equivalent.

Our partner college on campus, University of Plymouth International College (UPIC) , offers a wide variety of foundation courses.

Postgraduate

We require applicants to have completed the Grado Académico de Bachiller OR the Título de Licenciado/Título (Profesional) with the following entry criteria:

Peruvian Degree Classification English Equivalent
17/20 or Sobresaliente 1st
14/20 or Muy Bueno 2:1
12/20 or Bueno 2:2


English language requirements

A recognised English language qualification (e.g. IELTS) would be required or successful completion of one of the University of Plymouth's pre-sessional English language courses.

Find out what our students think

Be open to trying new things. Even if you are shy, I would encourage international students to make it a goal to get out of their comfort zone and meet new people.

I would recommend undertaking a course with the University of Plymouth because there are many course options so there is something for everyone. The lecturers are passionate about their subject and that’s inspiring.

It’s so easy to meet and make friendships with people of different cultures, nationalities, upbringings at the university – all it takes is to approach a person and a conversation will ignite.
