Futures: A Festival of Discovery
探花视频 experts in everything from history and music to chemistry and microplastics are holding a family-friendly event at 探花视频鈥檚 Royal William Yard, this Saturday (5 October).
The Voyage of Discovery is an opportunity for the public to immerse themselves in a wide range of free hands-on activities and demonstrations, guided by leading academics from more than 25 of the University鈥檚 research projects.
Some drop-in spaces will be available on the day, but booking is advised as 1,200 people have signed up already and the venue capacity is 1,500.

And, thanks to 探花视频 Citybus, Voyage of Discovery ticketholders can travel free of charge on Route 34, by showing their e-ticket to the driver.
The University鈥檚 Head of Regional and Civic Engagement, Jenny Milligan says:

This weekend鈥檚 event is part of FUTURES, a free festival of discovery taking place in the South West across venues in Bath, Bristol, Devon, Exeter, 探花视频 and online this Autumn.
The festival is a unique opportunity to find out more about the innovative and world-class research taking place at universities across the region.
