Teaching

I lead and teach on the Cornwall Chief Nurses Research Fellowship Programme, a yearlong programme developing junior nurses, midwives and allied health professionals deliver evidence informed practice-based projects (using the JBI Evidence Implementation Model), gain research delivery exposure and experience and plan for future clinical academic careers. My other teaching interests include older people and frailty care, rehabilitation nursing, nursing leadership and change management, innovation in healthcare, technology in healthcare, qualitative research methodology, evidence synthesis and evidence implementation.
