Duration: 60 hours
Format: Blended (four in-person full days and ten online half days)
Location (for the in-person sessions):
In-person delivery will take place in Cornwall and Devon.
For Devon-based learners: Marine Station (Plymouth), Sustainability Hub (Plymouth) and (Cornwall)
Or
For Cornwall-based learners: Marine Station (Plymouth), , Truro (Cornwall) and (Cornwall)
Eligibility: This course is open to employed individuals living in Devon or Cornwall (the employer can be any size or sector and must be UK based).
Learners must be aged 19 or older, have at least one year of work experience, have the right to work in the UK and upon completion learners must be given an additional responsibility at work (e.g., Sustainability Lead).
Course fee: Thanks to Skills Bootcamp funding, the course will be up to 90% funded. SMEs (fewer than 250 employees) contribute 10% (approximately £211.10 plus VAT) of the course fee per learner while large companies contribute 30% (approximately £633.30 plus VAT) toward the course fee.
To be eligible for funding, employers must give learners additional responsibility upon completion, e.g. Sustainability Lead.

Skills Bootcamps are free, flexible courses of up to 16 weeks, giving people the opportunity to build up sector-specific skills and an offer of an interview with an employer upon completion.
